Projects: National, with a focus on the South West, South East and London

LUME Interiors is a fast-growing leader within the commercial fit-out industry, delivering outstanding commercial, hospitality, retail, CAT A and CAT B projects across the UK.
With projects currently valued up to £1.5 million, we’re experiencing continued growth through repeat business, new client partnerships and recent project wins. We’re now looking for an ambitious Junior Project Manager to join our expanding team.
The Opportunity
This role is perfect for someone looking to develop their project management career within a fast-paced commercial fit-out business.
Working alongside experienced Project Managers, you’ll help deliver exciting projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring exceptional quality, programme delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the successful delivery of commercial fit-out projects.
- Assist with project planning and programme management.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
- Attend client, design and site meetings.
- Monitor project progress, quality and budgets.
- Help manage project documentation and reporting.
- Support procurement and scheduling of materials.
- Carry out regular site visits and liaise with site management.
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures are maintained.
- Build strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and ready to take the next step in their construction career.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience within commercial fit-out, construction or project coordination.
- A qualification in Construction Management or a related discipline (desirable).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Commercial awareness.
- Confidence working within a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Full UK driving licence.
