Description

What we look for:

  • You contribute to recruiting junior talent (i.e., interns, working students, and early-career professionals) across all teams and locations.
  • You support and coordinate the full recruitment process by identifying and engaging suitable candidates, conducting interviews, and guiding hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring journey.
  • You help shape and continuously develop our university recruiting activities by planning and executing recruiting events at universities and across our office locations while building relationships with relevant talent communities.
  • You proactively identify and approach candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels while contributing to the development of sustainable talent pipelines.
  • You work closely with hiring managers and business teams to understand hiring needs and attract the best junior talent across the organization.
  • You analyze recruiting metrics, market trends, and talent insights to support data-driven improvements of our recruiting strategy.
  • You contribute your own ideas and help drive recruiting and employer branding projects while continuously improving our Talent Acquisition processes.


What we require:

  • You have successfully completed, or are about to complete, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Business Psychology, or a related field.
  • You have gained first relevant experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or HR through internships, working student positions, or an initial full-time role.
  • You are passionate about Talent Acquisition with a particular interest in junior talent recruiting and university recruiting.
  • Ideally, you have gained first experience with Active Sourcing as well as working with LinkedIn Recruiter and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • You have a structured, proactive, and data-driven way of working combined with strong analytical skills.
  • You are an excellent communicator with a service-oriented mindset and enjoy building relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • You are a hands-on team player who enjoys taking ownership and driving initiatives forward.
  • You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary and international environment and are fluent in both German and English.
