Warehouse Operative – Pick & Pack

Location: Daventry
Pay: £13.69 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

ACS Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a friendly and supportive warehouse team based in Daventry.

• 8:00am – 4:00pm shift
• 40 hours paid per week, including a paid 30-minute break

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, your responsibilities will include:

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Preparing goods for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Working efficiently as part of a busy warehouse team

Working Environment

• Ambient warehouse environment (approximately 5–6°C)
• Manual handling is required, with products weighing up to 15kg

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with manual handling and working in a cooler warehouse environment
• Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided
