Job Description:

  • Develop & manage Transportation Safety/Building Window Film Business and total solution of department for South Vietnam

  • Responsible for developing plans to achieve sales targets by month, quarter & year

  • Track road & infrastructure projects and work with key stakeholders to specify 3M products

  • Collect market insights & closely monitor government policies & plans related with infrastructure development, road safety & transportation segment

  • Identify, engage & strengthen relationship with key stakeholders

  • Organize awareness programs, sampling & demonstrations to showcase 3M product value to the customers

  • Drive sales of New Product launched on periodic basis

  • Identify new business segments & develop them to drive business growth in the assigned territory

  • Work closely with channel partners to create Business Plans & provide product forecast to supply chain

  • Ensuring timely collection of payment

  • Ensuring timely completion of compliance requirements, agreement, BG etc

  • Work closely with design consultants to get 3M product specifications included in projects at early stage of the project

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve any customer complaints, organizing training etc

  • Execute marketing programs rolled out by country/Area/Division

  • Fully adhere to 3M’s code of conduct & processes/systems

  • Develop objective based customer calls/travel plans to meet customers

  • Closely monitor competitive activities in the market & share it with relevant team members

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • Fluent in both Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).

  • At least 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in project-based business.

  • Proven experience in managing infrastructure, construction, traffic safety, or government-related projects is an advantage.

  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working with contractors, consultants, project owners, or government authorities is preferred.

  • Good commercial acumen with strong negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently and good coordinate with team.

  • Willingness to travel frequently across Southern Vietnam.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and SFDC, SAP systems is a plus.
