We are delighted to be assisting one of the UK’s most spectacular 5-star hotels in their hunt for a passionate Chef De Partie to join their culinary team.

Due to the location of the hotel, you will need your own mode of transport.

• £35,816 per annum plus circa £2,000 service charge

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…

• Running your own section in a 2 AA Rosette kitchen with the highest standards
• Creating seasonal dishes that reflect sustainability and provenance
• Supporting the kitchen’s smooth day-to-day operation, with some input into menus
• Collaborating closely with suppliers and producers who care as much as you do
