Role Overview
Ogenus Offshore is supporting our client on an intervention riser and plug & abandonment campaign offshore Spain.
The successful candidate will support installation, operation, and retrieval of intervention riser systems and running tools during well abandonment and well hop operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Installation and operation of Aquaterra intervention riser systems
• Operation of running tools for riser installation and retrieval
• Making up and breaking out riser connections (AQC / NT-2 connectors)
• Supporting riser running and well hop operations
• Installation and removal of tension rings and associated equipment
• Inspection, preparation, and maintenance of running tools
• Working closely with Aquaterra supervisors and rig drilling crew
Required Experience
Candidates must have experience in one or more of the following:
• TRS (Tubular Running Services)
• Running Tool Technician roles
• Aquaterra intervention riser systems
• Expro, Weatherford, NOV, or similar running tools
• Offshore intervention or P&A projects
• Jack-up rig experience preferred
Required Certifications
• Valid BOSIET / FOET
• Offshore Medical
• Relevant offshore certifications
