Qualifications:

- Clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Valid Medical Card.
- Strong knowledge of towing and roadside assistance procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Operate tow trucks to transport vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Respond promptly to service calls and provide roadside assistance as needed.
- Assess vehicle conditions and determine the best towing methods.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and customer interactions.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of tow trucks to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
