What We Expect from our Drivers:
- Be able to hold a valid driver’s license while maintaining a good driving record (must be 21 years old due to insurance purposes).
- Utilize company-provided vehicles and equipment in a safe manner and have the ability to follow safety procedures.
- Communicate with Dispatch and the Towing Manager on a daily basis.
- Use our company-provided phones and utilize our Dispatch Anywhere software to properly get dispatch information.
- Provide excellent customer service to all individuals you are assisting.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment.
- Be willing to adapt to changes and work with a high level of energy and positive attitude.
- Strive to continually learn and grow within the company, but also as an individual.
