This position is ideal for Senior Business Analyst to join the Manufacturing Software Development Team. You will be focused on improving internal manufacturing production flow. This includes automation of manual operations, fulfilling new feature requests, reducing amount of workarounds and building solid processes together with Manufacturing Production teams. 

You will be part of cross-functional and multiregional development organization utilizing broad set of technologies and tools. You will have opportunity to interact and share experience with colleagues from multiple countries and cultures.

·         Prepare and own formalized business requirements, define business value and priorities for ideas/projects where he/she is involved, present business case to stakeholders. Clarify business requirements with internal stakeholders
 

·         Communicate with business owners, Operations Supervisors and engineers, customers, users, competition to track project progress and mitigate possible risks. Perform demo for stakeholders 
  

·         Deeply Analise complex aspects of manufacturing processes, document it and provide ideas for simplification. Analyze impact of new features

·         Support various projects from documentation perspective, create and support formal documentation (SRS, RTM)
 

·         Clarify path forward for "opened" problems using analysis and prototyping

·         Define business value for ideas/projects where he/she is involved
 

·         Help draft high-level technical architecture with the R&D team
 

·         Gather Manufacturing sites feedback and ideas, prioritize them, sync all ideas between sites and share plans with sites. 

·         Define roadmap for site requests and with scope and features involved

·         Search for new opportunities, new areas of improvements and ideas to move business forward, 

·         Support requirements for multiple projects at once

·         Ambitious in reaching for a deep meaningful competitive product

 

In this role, you’ll need  

·         5+ years of experience 

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills 

·         Strong Knowledge of SQL, Splunk

·         Strong Knowledge of Python or similar programming language 

·         Ability to support multiple projects in different development stages 

·         Experience supporting formal documentation 

·         Ability to manage own schedule 

·         Ability to work with open problems (without clear path forward) 

·         Fluent English, Spanish
