Concierge 

OPOC.us is looking for a positive, energetic Concierge who is committed to providing outstanding support and exceptional customer service, both internally and externally. As Concierge, you are the face of our organization and the first person our guests see when they come through the doors.  

Responsibilities include but not limited to:  

• Interacting with guests and staff while maintaining a positive and professional office environment 

• Managing the master schedule 

• Holding responsibility for the front desk budget 

• Ordering all necessary supplies 

• May be asked to run errands, basic office cleaning and stocking.

The ideal candidate is adaptable and flexible, someone who can quickly pivot based on current needs. A lot of our tasks don’t remain the same every day. 

Key qualifications to succeed in this role include: 

• At least 2 years of experience as a front office manager, front desk, or similar position in the hospitality industry or related field 

• Hospitality experience of at least 1 year is required for this role 

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) 

• Experience with Microsoft Office with proficiency in Word and Excel 

• Possess excellent management skills, communication skills, and multitasking skills
