We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who is passionate about using data to improve care, support our teams, and help drive better business decisions. Our culture is built around Excellence, Collaboration, Integrity, Compassion, and Accountability.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Senior Data Analyst will play a key role in building and supporting Unity’s reporting and analytics capabilities. This position will work closely with leaders and teams across the organization to turn clinical, financial, and operational data into useful information and insights.

The Senior Data Analyst will help lead the development of our analytics platform, support data governance and quality, create meaningful dashboards and reports, and help teams use data to make informed decisions.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the technical side of data and working directly with people to solve problems and improve how an organization uses information.

SCHEDULE:

This is a salaried, exempt position with a Monday–Friday schedule. Typical hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., with flexibility based on business needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead the development and ongoing support of Unity’s reporting and analytics platform.
• Work with leaders and teams to understand their data and reporting needs.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Write SQL queries and work with databases to extract, organize, and analyze data.
• Support data interfaces and data flows between internal and external systems.
• Help ensure data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable.
• Support data governance efforts, including data standards, access, and quality.
• Work with vendor partners and internal teams to troubleshoot and improve data systems.
• Analyze clinical, financial, and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Use data to help leaders make informed decisions and improve patient care, quality, and operational performance.
• Explore the use of AI and other new technologies to improve analytics and reporting.
• Develop training and resources to help employees use reporting and analytics tools effectively.
• Present data and findings in a clear and easy-to-understand way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Lead and manage analytics projects from planning through completion.
• Build strong relationships with leaders and teams across Unity.

WHY JOIN UNITY?

At Unity, your work has a direct connection to the patients, families, and teams we serve. You’ll have the opportunity to use your data and analytics experience to make a meaningful impact while working with leaders and teams across the organization.

We value people who are curious, collaborative, accountable, and passionate about finding better ways to use data.
