Role overview
Our client provides technology used by participants in the FX and wider capital markets.
They are hiring a Client Services Specialist in New York to support their institutional clients day to day. This role suits someone with FX or trading technology experience who enjoys solving client problems and working closely with users of a live, market-facing platform.
What you will be doing:
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for institutional clients using the platform.
- Investigate and resolve client queries, escalating technical issues where needed.
- Support client onboarding and configuration.
- Work with product, technology and sales teams to feed back client needs and track issues to resolution.
- Help maintain strong client relationships and a high standard of service.
What you will bring:
- Client services, client support or operations experience in FX, trading or capital markets technology.
- Understanding of FX market workflows and the needs of trading users.
- Clear communication and the ability to stay calm with time-sensitive client issues.
- Ability to work hybrid from New York.
Nice to have:
- Experience with electronic trading platforms or connectivity.
