Business Growth Manager

Softwix is hiring an on-site Business Growth Manager to lead the growth of one of our own technology products: a fast-growing software and tech price comparison website serving buyers around the world.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has already taken a website from zero to serious traffic and knows exactly how they did it. You will own the growth strategy, work closely with our content, SEO and development teams, and be measured on real results: traffic, rankings, partner revenue and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the growth strategy and roadmap for a tech-niche price comparison website
• Plan and execute SEO: keyword research, topical clusters, on-page optimisation and technical SEO
• Build content strategy for comparison pages, buying guides, reviews and deal content
• Lead link building, digital PR and brand mention campaigns
• Grow visibility in Google, AI Overviews, AI Mode and AI assistants such as ChatGPT
• Manage and optimise affiliate and partner relationships to grow revenue
• Improve conversion rate, user experience and click-through from comparison pages
• Set KPIs, track performance in GA4 and Google Search Console, and report monthly
• Brief and guide writers, SEO executives and developers working on the project
• Research competitors and spot new growth opportunities in the tech niche

Requirements

• Proven experience growing a brand or website from 0 to 100K+ monthly organic traffic in the tech niche
• Verifiable proof of your results, such as GA4 or Search Console screenshots, or a case study you can walk us through
• Strong knowledge of SEO, content strategy, link building and technical SEO
• Good understanding of affiliate marketing, price comparison or e-commerce websites
• Comfortable with tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, GA4 and Search Console
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn analytics into clear action plans
• Strong written and spoken English
• Ability to lead a small team and manage priorities independently

Nice to Have

• Experience with software, SaaS or digital product niches
• Experience growing traffic in international markets such as the US, UK and Europe
• Working knowledge of WordPress
• Experience with AI search optimisation (AEO / GEO)

What Success Looks Like

• First 90 days: a full growth audit, a clear 12-month roadmap and the first quick wins live
• First 12 months: consistent month-on-month growth in organic traffic, rankings and partner revenue

Salary

Up to BDT 40,000 per month, based on experience and proven results
