The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership skills to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
- Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify new opportunities.
Brand Management & Communications:
- Oversee the development and execution of branding initiatives, including advertising campaigns, PR efforts, and social media strategies.
- Organise presentations and advertisements in Journals
- Plan and oversee marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key partners, influencers, and stakeholders to expand brand reach.
- Negotiate sponsorships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and email marketing is required for planning & executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop and manage an effective content marketing strategy to generate leads and engage target audiences.
- Oversee website & Social Media Management and ensure its optimisation for conversions.
- Meeting & Laisoning with Influencers viz Architects, Consultants, MEPs, Builders for Brand Awareness and Lead Generation.
- Working on social media content management & posting – Technical bulletins, site photographs, video, audience-engaging posts.
- Develop compelling content for various platforms, including websites, email marketing, and social media.
Customer Engagement & Market Research:
- Monitor customer feedback and online reviews to improve brand reputation and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to stay ahead of industry trends.
