ABC Home & Commercial Services is seeking a motivated and driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing South Florida team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys prospecting,  passionate building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, closing deals and delivering exceptional customer service, and helping them find the right solutions for their pest control needs. 

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new commercial accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and comfortable creating opportunities rather than waiting for them to come to you. Sales experience is preferred but not required. 

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate products and service features/advantages/benefits and identify customer’s needs and expectations
• Educate prospects and customers on the value of ABC services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and have continued contact with follow-up phone calls and or visits as needed
• Instrumental in developing cross-divisional sales opportunities particularly with Add-On Sales with products and services
• Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and close new business 
• Meet or exceed established sales goals, KPIs, and revenue targets
• Manage a sales pipeline and consistently identify new opportunities  
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity information within CRM systems

Requirements

• Must be located within the South Florida area
• Self starter with high level customer service skills
• Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills
• Hunter mentality with the ability to actively pursue and create new business opportunities.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
• Strong closing and negotiation skills.
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
• Self-starters who can manage their territory with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must meet ABC's driving and MVR requirements
• Ability to pass a background and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications  

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Existing South Florida professional network is a plus
• Experience building relationships through networking and prospecting
• CRM experience preferred 
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred
• Pest control, facility services, landscaping, HVAC, construction, or other service-industry sales experience is a plus.

Education/Certification Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required
• Required to attend training to become a licensed Residential Pest Control Technician 
• Pass the Texas Department of Agriculture Examination for the Pest Control

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
• Must be able to regularly travel throughout the assigned South Florida territory and visit commercial customer locations
• Must be comfortable entering and walking through commercial properties, including outdoor areas and job sites
• Must be able to climb stairs and navigate various indoor and outdoor environments when meeting with customers
• Must be able to carry sales materials, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 25 pounds as needed
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
