• Keep critical operations moving by executing essential back-office and banking activities, including Consumer Identification Program (CIP) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) processes, account reconciliations, transactional processing, check research, and resolution activities.

• Deliver with accuracy and urgency, consistently meeting productivity expectations and service-level agreements while adhering to established policies, practices, and operational guidelines.

• Build strong connections across the business by communicating effectively with internal and external partners and ensuring work requests receive timely, thoughtful responses.

• Turn operational insights into action by identifying meaningful metrics and trends, sharing findings with leadership, and proactively addressing potential processing issues before they create downstream impact.

●      Abilities: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple back-office processing activities while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and quality; communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders; recognize operational trends and risks; and proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve results.

●      Experience: 6+ years of experience in banking operations and/or financial operations, including experience working across multiple processing environments and executing back-office support.

●      Education: Bachelor’s degree.

●      Location: Bangalore, India
