We are now looking for a Solution Architect to join our Strategy & Architecture team in Karlskrona.

How you'll make a difference with us

As a Solution Architect, you'll play a key role in shaping the technology solutions that support Telenor's future business and customer experiences. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you'll help transform complex challenges into secure, scalable, and sustainable solutions.

You'll be part of the Strategy & Architecture team and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Enterprise Architects, development teams, and external partners. From early discovery and design through implementation, you'll help guide initiatives that modernize our digital landscape and create long-term value for both customers and the business.

In this role, you will:

• Translate business needs into robust technology solutions

• Shape solution architecture across complex business and technology domains

• Drive modernization of our IT and digital landscape

• Guide teams from concept and design through implementation

• Balance customer value, business priorities, security, cost, and long-term sustainability

• Ensure alignment with architecture principles and strategic direction

Your work will contribute to creating simpler, smarter, and more reliable digital experiences, helping our customers stay connected in a safe way.

You're an architect who enjoys connecting strategy, business, and technology. You understand that the best solutions are not always the most complex ones, and you're comfortable influencing decisions across teams and stakeholder groups.

We believe you bring:

• Experience designing end-to-end solutions in complex IT environments

• The ability to communicate architecture and technical decisions in a clear and engaging way

• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills

• A pragmatic mindset with the ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail

• A university degree or equivalent practical experience

• Professional proficiency in English

It's a bonus if you also have experience with:

• Telecommunications and digital services

• BSS/OSS environments

• Cloud platforms and cloud-native technologies

• APIs, integrations, and microservices

• AI technologies and emerging digital capabilities

• Security architecture and secure-by-design principles
