Data Analyst - Insights/ Analytics Data Management

REQUIREMENTS GATHERING AND IMPLEMENTATION

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

• Build and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps to streamline workflows and enhance data accessibility.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data models and visualizations.

• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting solutions.

• Support data integration and automation efforts using Power Platform tools.

• (Nice to have) Analyse business processes using process mining tools to uncover inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.

• Proficiency in Power BI: and Other BI Applications data modelling, DAX, Power Query, RSL, roles and security and report development.

• Proficiency on Data modelling & front-end building

• Ability to work with business to document & translate business requirements into insights

• Project management skills

• Understanding of Data Quality principles & ability to discover & trigger Data Quality risks

• Experience with Power Apps: canvas and model-driven apps, connectors, and workflows.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in SQL and Excel.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Nice to have - Experience with process mining tools such as ARIS, Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, or PAFnow.

• Familiarity with Power Automate and Microsoft Dataverse.
