As a member of the CRM Retail Sales Technology team, you will be immersed in a collaborative, innovative, and technically challenging environment. As a Salesforce Developer you will be responsible for design, development, and delivery of Salesforce artifacts. We're looking for team members that are eager to learn and implement new technologies and provide outstanding CRM solutions.
In this role, you will analyze business and system requirements, design and develop Salesforce solutions that integrate with backend platforms, and collaborate closely with developers, architects, QA teams, product partners, and business stakeholders. You will contribute to Agile teams focused on delivering solutions that meet client needs while helping drive high-quality, scalable CRM capabilities across the organization.
What you have
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Salesforce design and development experience
- Salesforce development skills gained through hands-on experience and understanding of Salesforce platform features
- Knowledge of Salesforce Configuration, Workflow, Triggers, Apex coding, data model, and declarative development
- Understanding of Salesforce platform features and integration patterns
- Experience integrating Salesforce with backend systems using synchronous and asynchronous approaches
- Salesforce Lightning experience and Lightning Web Components (LWC) development experience
- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) data model experience
- Knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce, AI-assisted workflows, and generative AI concepts
- Experience using AI productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar platforms to improve software delivery, code quality, and operational efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- OmniStudio development experience
- Salesforce Developer certification
- Experience with Java/J2EE technologies and distributed computing
- Experience with CI/CD practices using Bitbucket, GitHub, Bamboo, or similar tools
- Experience using Jira for issue and project tracking
- Prior Agile development experience
- Prior experience in the financial services industry
