What you’ll do:
- Provide front line support to manufacturing, working with the operator, focusing
- on manufacturing process and executing each batch safely, on time, in compliance with the batch instructions and quality requirements
- Support the execution of process validations, re-validations and short-term improvement projects
- Lead product and process related investigations and deviations and determine solutions to fix
- Establish, promote, drive and maintain good cleanroom management practices
- Maintain processes at inspection readiness level and provide the necessary support in any internal or external audit
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement improvements and new processes
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience with aseptic manufacturing processes in a GMP environment is a must
- Experience with fill&finish processes of drug product (especially with vials) is highly desirable
- University degree in Life Science or Engineering
- Experience with Compounding processes are a plus. Experience with highly active pharmaceutical ingredients (HAPI) is a plus. Experience with audits are a plus.
- Fluency in English as well as fluency in German are a must
- Ability to agilely move between various tasks in a dynamic environment. You demonstrate strong collaboration skills and actively support your team members
