What will you do:

• Own the SOPs in terms of knowledge, documentation, training and communication as well as ensuring compliance.
• Drive change management in terms of version control to ensure clear audit trail and that the latest version of the SOP is being utilized.
• Centralize SOPs by consolidation and standardization as well as defining regular review cycles for the SOPs to ensure they remain current and relevant.
• Work with Managers to design and govern the end-to-end training flow.
• Conduct process training for new hires (On-the-Job-Training) as well as refresher training for existing team members in the event of process/SOP change or knowledge gap identified.
• Conduct upskilling or cross-skilling training to meet required team skillset needs to enable BAU.
• Collaborate with Managers to define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of training.

 

What will you come with:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in related field.
• Preferably a minimum of 3 years forwarding/logistics experience.
• Possess good communication and presentation skills, creative, proactive, mature, self-motivated and ability to work independently.
• Ability to effectively plan, create and maintain efficient learning materials and overall training framework.
• A high-level English-speaking capability.
• Minimum 2 years training and SME experience.
• Mandarin speaking is an added advantage.
