Job Summary:

Geisinger is seeking an experienced BC Internal Medicine trained physician for Director, Division of General Internal Medicine outpatient opportunity.

Job Duties:

The ideal candidate will possess:

·      Proven skills in leadership and operational experience, specifically leading programmatic development and team-based relationships to facilitate addressing the challenges and opportunities of an active and diverse clinic

·      Superior clinical skills with an interest in serving as a mentor for medical students, residents and all level of staff. A track record of research is desirable but not essential

·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills
