Description
An industry-leading resort and hospitality management company is seeking a motivated General Manager to lead operations for a high-volume quick-service restaurant concept. This unique leadership opportunity serves as a gateway to rapid executive advancement, featuring a clear progression pathway into a multi-unit management role within one year, complete with additional compensation upon advancement. Located in southern Oklahoma along the Interstate 35 corridor near the Texas border, the resort offers easy access to the North Texas metro area while providing a fast-paced environment, full medical benefits, and relocation support including moving truck assistance and temporary hotel housing.
Position Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, financial controls, guest service standards, and staff leadership for a high-volume quick-service restaurant.

Complete hands-on training and operational rotations across assigned concepts to master venue systems, daily workflows, and guest service execution.

Direct daily labor scheduling, food and beverage cost controls, inventory oversight, and venue performance reporting.

Coach, mentor, and develop location personnel to maintain high service standards, cleanliness, and food safety compliance.

Prepare for transition into multi-unit leadership within twelve months by mastering multi-concept operational workflows and operational consistency.

Support ongoing business continuity and leadership coverage across fast-casual venues during staffing transitions or high-volume peak periods.
Position Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of restaurant general management experience, preferably in high-volume fast-casual or quick-service environments.

Proven track record in financial performance, labor management, daily cost controls, and team leadership.

Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic service environments, varying restaurant concepts, and shifting operational priorities.

Strong communication, operational analysis, and computer reporting skills (POS software).

Flexibility to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation Package Details

Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year, with structured salary progression and increased compensation upon promotion to multi-unit leadership within one year.

Relocation Package: Moving truck expenses paid, plus temporary hotel housing provided on property as needed.
