Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our team! This role is a key part of our front office, where you will help patients understand their treatment options, coordinate care, and support the office with receptionist and insurance tasks.
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Thursday
- Hours vary

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist patients with questions and concerns
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
- Verify insurance eligibility, coverage, and benefits prior to appointments
- Update patient demographics, insurance information, and medical records
- Communicate appointment instructions, reminders, and follow-up information
- Coordinate with insurance companies and healthcare providers as needed
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Provide professional, courteous, and compassionate customer service
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily office operations
Qualifications
- 1+ years of previous dental office, healthcare, or customer service is highly preferred
