Carolina Smiles is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every visit is smooth and positive.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (rotating arrival and leaving times), and available ONE Saturday a month from 8:15 AM to 2:30 PM.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Manage scheduling for appointments, ensuring efficient use of time slots and patient satisfaction.
- Answer patient inquiries regarding treatment plans, insurance, and payment options.
- Handle patient communications via phone, email, and in person.
- Support administrative tasks, including data entry, patient records management, and appointment reminders.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Qualifications
- Previous front desk in a dental / medical setting (required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in office software and comfortable with practice management systems (training provided).
- A bubbly, positive personality is a must!
- Dentrix experience, a plus!
- Bilingual, a plus!
