We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is looking to take on an administrative and coordination role, working for a modern international company that is at the forefront of its industry, with strong social values and a focus on putting its people first.
Working within modern, sophisticated offices in Birmingham city centre, this is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. The role is a mix of liaising with external clients, providing strong administrative support and skill supporting key stakeholders within the business to the best of your ability.
Within the role, you will be speaking with clients and other stakeholders through phone, email and other forms of correspondence, as well as supporting with a range of marketing tasks and handling client engagement.
The role also consists of diary and calendar management, arranging internal and external meetings, booking meeting rooms and arranging travel and accommodation when required.
This is a fantastic role for someone who loves solving problems, enjoys variety and is the type of person who likes to get tasks done to the best of their ability.
This could be a great role for an administrator looking to transition into a PA role, or a PA looking for a new opportunity.
Experience within the property sector would be beneficial.
