Job Overview
The Internal Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of company premises, employees, and property while ensuring compliance with established security procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of company premises, employees, and property.
- Monitor employee arrivals, departures, and activities within the premises.
- Identify and report unauthorized access and suspicious activities.
- Ensure the proper implementation of security procedures and company rules.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and report incidents to the Head of Security.
- Maintain accurate daily security reports and records.
Qualifications & Requirements
- GCE O/L or A/L qualification.
- Good communication and observation skills.
- Honesty, reliability, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately during emergencies.
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in the Armed Forces or a professional security service is an added advantage.
