Job Summary
Summary:
Primary Objective Ensure secure, reliable, and cost-effective IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, applications, and data protection services.
What a typical day looks like:
- Administer and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, systems, and business applications.
- Manage user access controls, permissions, and periodic access reviews.
- Ensure system availability, performance, security, and business continuity.
- Plan and coordinate infrastructure capacity, upgrades, and architectural changes.
- Support and coordinate IT-related projects and technical initiatives.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce IT security and operational procedures.
- Provide effective communication and support to system users and stakeholders.
- Make business-driven decisions to optimize IT services and operations.

The experience/qualification we’re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field
2-5 years experience in IT System Administration
Good Polish & English language skills
Eligibility to work in Poland
Preferred Qualifications:
Servers, data storage and backup systems, cloud architecture and services, Windows Servers and Linux knowledge
