Business Development Manager

This Inside Sales / Business Development Sales position is responsible for the direct sale of BU/Region products and services.

What you will do

• Generate revenue to exceed sales quotas through outbound sales to net new logos and prospective clients.

• Contact assigned leads/customers within the book of business via inside sales environment, with potential for travel to close larger opportunities.

• Develop sales strategies to maximize revenue potential and manage relationships to execute sales.

• Orchestrate internal support to assist with closing, negotiations, etc.

• Maintain pipeline, enter prospect data and leads into database.

• Role may require 5-10% regional travel

What experience you need

• Bachelor's degree and/or 2-5 years of related Sales experience including demonstrated experience:
  Identifying prospects using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other databases to build leads
  Qualifying leads
  Being held accountable to and creating top of funnel new opportunity creation
  Demonstration of overcoming objections in a sales process
  Having familiarity of Business Acumen
  Accountable for and knowledgeable in pipeline creation
  Negotiating and closing small size deals
  Developing tailored presentation and presenting to decision makers
  Basic use of Social Selling, including use of Linkedin tools.
