Description
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a small, high-impact full-stack team (backend, frontend, DBA, DevOps).
- Build product-facing microservices and full-stack features in TypeScript.
- Drive features end-to-end, from idea to production, and help define engineering standards across the board.
- Keep our environments rock-solid — secure, observable, cost-efficient, and resilient.
- Debug tricky production issues across both infrastructure and application layers.
- Continuously improve how we build: CI/CD, DevOps, documentation, workflows, and everything in between.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- At least 8 years of industry experience out of which minimum 3-5 years as Full Stack Team Leader
- 5+ years hands-on TypeScript building and running real systems on AWS— MUST
- Strong experience designing and owning end-to-end systems (frontend → backend → infrastructure) - MUST
- Proven leadership of a technical stream or major product area – MUST
- Strong CI/CD background (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.).
- Strong API design skills (REST / event-driven architectures) - MUST
- Strong PostgreSQL experience — schema design, data modeling, indexing, and query optimization for production workloads – MUST
- Experience with Docker & Kubernetes.
- Deep understanding of core AWS services - MUST
- Experience leading virtual teams
- Strong communication skills — able to explain complex systems clearly – MUST
- A “get it done” attitude, high ownership, and comfort moving fast.
- High proficiency in English
- Experience in providing development estimations for complicated tasks
- Experience with Pulumi/Terraform/CDK for automated, scalable AWS infrastructure
- Familiarity with serverless, microservices, or event-driven architectures
- Knowledge of AWS networking (VPC, subnets, routing, NAT, security groups)
- Strong security mindset: IAM, secrets management, least privilege
- Exposure to DevSecOps tools (Snyk, GuardDuty, Prisma Cloud, etc.)
- Experience with monitoring/observability tools (CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus/Grafana)
- Knowledge of AWS cost-optimization and/or compliance frameworks (SOC2/ISO)
- Full-time role, hybrid — at least 3 days a week in the office.
