Our Business Banking division supports medium to large businesses across Australia with complex banking needs and annual turnover between $30m and $150m.
As a Senior Associate, you'll work alongside experienced Commercial Bankers supporting a diverse portfolio of clients across industries including manufacturing, retail, childcare, property and construction. You'll gain exposure to complex lending transactions, sophisticated client groups and a broad range of banking solutions, helping clients achieve their growth ambitions.

Do work that matters
As a Senior Associate, you'll partner closely with Relationship Executives to support client growth while maintaining strong risk disciplines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Undertaking financial analysis and modelling for Commercial Banking clients.
- Preparing credit submissions for new and existing lending facilities.
- Monitoring portfolio performance and completing annual reviews.
- Assessing transaction risks and recommending appropriate mitigants.
- Supporting deal execution through documentation and funding.
- Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and helping drive positive customer outcomes.
We're interested in hearing from people who have:
- Experience analysing and writing credit transactions within Business or Commercial Banking.
- Strong financial analysis and financial modelling capability.
- Well-developed commercial acumen and risk assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A strong customer focus and relationship-building capability.
- The ability to navigate complex transactions and competing priorities.
- A tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce or Finance (desirable).
