Job Description
As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established property protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial real estate buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the property, and report suspicious conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
- Prepare accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and shift documentation in accordance with site requirements and Allied Universal procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
- Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
