We’re profitable, growing fast, and building with the latest technologies—including AI—to help our customers unlock more revenue with less effort. It's with that in mind that Beyond is looking to add a Revenue Operations Analyst to our growing team. Reporting to the Manager of Revenue Operations, you’ll have the opportunity to keep our GTM engine running smoothly by improving systems, data quality, and cross-functional workflows across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role: you’ll support the day-to-day operations of our revenue tooling, build reliable automations, maintain clean CRM processes, and contribute to reporting that helps leaders make better decisions. You’ll work closely with Marketing Ops and Sales & CX Ops and GTM stakeholders and grow into deeper ownership over time.

As our Revenue Operations Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
Systems & Tooling
- Collaborating with our system team to assist in managing our GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, Clay) and help maintain strong data integrity
- Driving implementation projects, such as revamping attribution rules, implementing a new Sales->CS handover process, or automating daily tasks
- Owning CRM hygiene (fields, validation, routing, deduplication, lifecycle stages) and ensuring teams follow consistent standards
- Cooperating with Program Managers to implement automations (Zapier, n8n, Clay, MCPs) that optimize day-to-day GTM tasks and funnel efficiency
- Designing, building, and maintaining scalable HubSpot, n8n, and Zapier workflows to automate manual tasks, streamline GTM processes, and improve operational efficiency.
Data & Reporting
- Partnering with our BI & RevOps teams to define KPIs, build reporting infrastructure, and ensure consistent analysis around campaign performance, funnel conversions and retention metrics to inform our B2B and B2C GTM strategy.
- Preparing recurring metric updates for GTM leadership (weekly/monthly reporting packs, data quality checks, KPI tracking).
Cross-functional Operations
- Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and CX to troubleshoot process gaps, improve adoption, and keep workflows consistent.
- Contributing to enablement materials (process docs, Looms, “how-to” guides)
- Supporting strategic projects (territory hygiene, lifecycle definition, pipeline processes, pricing or packaging changes) with clean data and operational execution
- Overseeing and managing tactical work across the Revenue Operations team
- Documenting internal processes, including standard operating procedures and system workflows, to ensure clarity, consistency, and easy access for the wider team.
So what kind of person are we looking for in this role? The person who will be successful in this role will:
- Contribute strategically: you seek out and understand broader context from the organization to identify, assess, and implement new high-impact initiatives. You’re comfortable navigating large datasets, identifying trends, and driving decisions from data.
- Be an influential communicator: you’re attuned to different audiences and easily establish trust, providing critical cross-functional input and feedback, and sharing broader context and perspectives to challenge, stretch, and influence decisions.
- Be a collaborative (yet autonomous) team player: While thriving autonomously is key, the ideal candidate should also excel in collaborative settings, working seamlessly with various departments to align on goals and strategies.
- Take initiative: challenges excite you, and you consistently seek out ways to dig deeper and find new opportunities to increase scope and impact. You stay flexible, positive and solution-focused in uncertain times.
- Get creative: you can balance solving complex issues swiftly while encouraging cross-functional partnership to take an interactive approach, finding ways to run experiments and trials.
Now that we’ve told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications we're looking for in a candidate:
- 3+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, CX Ops or BizOps for a B2B/B2C SaaS company.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills demonstrated by previous experiences (SQL experience is a plus)
- Experience working with and supporting Salesforce
- Proven ability to identify and break down large, complex problems into individual tasks resulting in successful project completion
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to communicate priorities upward and outward
- Desire to problem solve and build new processes from scratch
- Natural curiosity. You don’t wait for anyone to tell you what’s next - you’re a total self‑starter, and always looking to level up your skills and career.
- Operational rigor: Detail-oriented, structured, and reliable in managing requests, QA’ing changes, and maintaining documentation.
Bonus points for:
- Automation mindset: Experience with no-code tools (Zapier, n8n) and genuine interest in learning APIs and AI workflow automation
- Experience with HubSpot, Gong and BI/data visualization tools are a plus.
