What You'll Do
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will support the maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and reliability of manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
Responsibilities may include:
- Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment.
- Performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Supporting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.
- Diagnosing equipment failures and implementing corrective actions.
- Installing, upgrading, and modifying manufacturing equipment.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance documentation.
- Utilizing CMMS systems to document work and manage maintenance activities.
- Collaborating with operations and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Following all plant safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
Maintenance Technician Candidates
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or mechanical maintenance environments.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience maintaining conveyors, motors, gearboxes, bearings, belts, chains, shafts, pumps, and related equipment.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and maintenance documentation.
- Basic computer skills and experience documenting work activities.
- Commitment to safe work practices and procedures.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Experience performing preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Welding, fabrication, machining, or equipment modification experience.
- Experience using a CMMS.
- Ability to read electrical schematics.
- Technical certifications or industrial maintenance training.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Electrician Candidates
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical systems.
- Experience working with motors, motor controls, drives, power distribution equipment, and electrical components.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of electrical safety practices, including NFPA 70E principles and arc flash awareness.
- Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong diagnostic and root-cause problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience with PLCs, automation systems, robotics, or industrial controls.
- Experience programming or troubleshooting PLC systems.
- Experience with AC/DC drives, motion control systems, and HMI platforms.
- Technical school, apprenticeship, journeyman training, or industrial electrical certifications.
- Experience supporting manufacturing automation projects and equipment upgrades.
- Predictive maintenance experience utilizing infrared, ultrasound, or diagnostic technologies.
