The work is one-on-one, in the client's own home and out in the community.You're not managing a caseload or working a floor. You're with one person, helping them do the things that make up an ordinary life — and giving their family the confidence that someone reliable is there.Where You'll Be WorkingEverett is our largest service area, which works in your favor two ways: we can usually build a schedule that keeps your drive short, and if you want more hours than one client needs, this is the area where that's easiest to arrange.What You'll DoProvide one-on-one support with daily living needsFollow each client's individual Care PlanEncourage clients to build their own skills and independenceSupport clients in the community — errands, appointments, activitiesCommunicate with families and team members about anything affecting careWhat We're Looking ForActive Washington HCA, CNA, LPN or Para-Educator certificationCaregiving and/or Support Worker experienceComfortable reading and following a written Care PlanReliable, compassionate, and a clear communicatorAble to pass a Washington State background checkNurse Delegation is a plusNo Certificate Yet?
