You'll get to know one person well, learn what matters to them, and help them get on with their week.Where You'll Be WorkingLake Stevens and the surrounding area, including the Frontier Village side of town and out toward Snohomish. It's a smaller service area than Everett, which means less time in the car and more time with the person you're supporting.What You'll DoEncourage clients to build their own skills and independenceSupport clients one-on-one with the tasks of daily livingFollow each client's individual Care PlanKeep families and team members informed about anything affecting careGet clients out into the community — errands, appointments, activitiesWhat We're Looking ForActive Washington HCA, CNA, LPN or Para-Educator certificationCaregiving and/or Support Worker experienceComfortable reading and following a written Care PlanReliable, compassionate, and a clear communicatorAble to pass a Washington State background checkNurse Delegation is a plusNo Certificate Yet?
