Skilled Trades Partners (STP) is hiring MIG Welders/Fabricators for full time positions in Topsham, ME. 1st shift opportunity for experienced welders looking to join a growing manufacturing team.
Position Details
- Position: MIG Welder/Fabricator
- Location: Topsham, ME
- Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Overtime: Available
- Pay: $20–$25/hour, based on experience
- Background Check: Required
Job Responsibilities
As a MIG Welder/Fabricator, you'll help build high-quality products that customers across the country rely on every day, including:
- Truck bodies
- Roll-off truck systems
- Sand spreaders
Additional responsibilities include:
- MIG welding and fabricating metal components
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and work orders
- Measuring, fitting, and assembling parts to specifications
- Inspecting completed work to ensure quality standards
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area

Qualifications;
We're looking for candidates who are:
- 1-2 years of Welding experience

- Able to read blueprints and use measuring tools

- Willing to work overtime as needed
