Join Micron as a Senior Manager, Logistics Security Program, where you will have the outstanding opportunity to lead a world-class global security initiative! This role is critical in ensuring the flawless implementation of our logistics security strategy, encouraging collaboration with key partners, and advancing our program to new heights.

## Responsibilities:

• Direct Micron’s worldwide logistics security initiative for valuable shipments, establishing strategy, governance, standards, controls, and performance expectations throughout the transportation network.
• Lead and expand a distributed team of logistics security experts while promoting uniform performance across Asia Pacific, the Americas, Europe, and other priority regions.
• Maintain a risk-based shipment security framework that assesses lane, geography, modality, theft history, business impact, recovery capability, and other key risk factors.
• Establish and enforce logistics provider security requirements, including cargo tracking, route compliance, geofencing, chain of custody, tamper detection, monitoring, blocking issue, and recovery protocols.
• Partner multi-functionally with Procurement, Logistics, Global Security, Legal, Risk, Finance, and business collaborators to integrate security requirements into contracts, procedures, governance, and scorecards.
• Coordinate logistics security vendors and providers, including selection, performance management, service levels, monitoring operations, recovery capabilities, and corrective action plans.
• Direct global monitoring, incident response, handling blocking issues, recovery operations, and risk assessments, translating findings into control improvements, investments, and mitigation strategies.
• Measure program efficiency through security and operational metrics, prepare executive-level briefings and recommendations, and ensure alignment with TAPA, CTPAT, and Micron security standards.

## Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, combined with proven skills in managing global supply chain security, logistics risk, cargo protection, and transportation security initiatives across complex, multi-region operations.
• Strong people and program leader with expertise in security strategy, governance, risk assessments, operating models, executive reporting, investment planning, supplier management, and budget oversight.
• Strong expertise in logistics security controls, vendor ecosystems, cargo monitoring technologies, incident response, and industry standards (TAPA, CTPAT), demonstrated by a record of influencing risk-based decisions, promoting collaborator alignment, and strengthening supply chain resilience.
• Experienced global leader known for developing and leading high-performing teams, promoting accountability, coordinating resources, and achieving success in challenging, fast-moving environments.
• Strong executive communicator skilled at translating security, logistics, and business risks into actionable insights. They balance priorities across security, operations, finance, and continuity. They use data and technology to protect critical assets and support business goals.

## Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or advanced professional education in supply chain, security, risk management, business operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant certifications such as TAPA FSR/TSR, CPP, PSP, CTPAT, ASIS, supply chain risk, logistics, security management, or program management certifications.
• Ability to use AI-enabled tools and data-driven methods to analyze logistics risk, identify trends, and support well-governed decision-making.
