As a Senior Technician Maintenance in our Manufacturing and Operations team, find yourself in a high-tech world where silicon wafers evolve into cutting-edge products. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Perform routine Preventive Maintenance (PM) for multiple functional area Perform standard calibration on the Preventive Maintenance (PM) equipment Fill up Preventive Maintenance (PM) documentation as required (eg e-checklist, TECO) Parts or consumables preparation for Preventive Maintenance (PM) Carry out routine check and recording on the tool parameters Perform consumables change out Perform rebuild or service of parts/assemblies/swap kits Diagnose and replace worn parts in Preventive Maintenance equipment - “Report and Escalate abnormality”  Ensure that safety standards are maintained in the course of performing duties Ensure that the facility areas and work environment are free of hazardous objects and substances (Leakage / 5S)  Ensure the compliance to 5S, Cleanroom & Safety Protocol Assist internal maintenance technicians when Preventive Maintenance activities completed Perform training and guidance for fresh/junior Preventive Maintenance technician on the job procedure Provide work area and procedural improvement for the team Line sustaining tasks in production like beam tuning and machine recovery to ensure wafer move is smoothly executed Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering Technical know-how in mechanical designs, high vacuum knowledge and ability to read wiring diagrams, test circuits, and use multi-meters Minimum 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in machine maintenance Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
