As a Senior Technician Maintenance in our Manufacturing and Operations team, your contribution ensures that innovation never stands still. Together, we make reliability our strongest asset. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Perform routine Preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting for more than single functional area Perform standard calibration on the Preventive maintenance equipment Fill up PM documentation as required (eg e-checklist, TECO) Parts or consumables preparation for Preventive maintenance Carry out routine check and recording on the tool parameters Perform consumables/medium change out Perform rebuild or service of parts/assemblies/swap kits Diagnose and replace worn parts in Preventive maintenance equipment - "Report and Escalate abnormality" Ensure that safety standards are maintained in the course of performing duties Ensure that the facility areas and work environment are free of hazardous objects and substances (Leakage / 5S) Ensure the compliance to 5S, cleanroom and safety protocol Assist internal maintenance technicians when Preventive maintenance activities completed Perform training and guidance for fresh/junior Preventive maintenance technicians on the job procedure Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Diploma (technical) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics Fresh Graduate encouraged to apply Proactive, independent and able to work in the fast pace in the high-volume manufacturing environment Ability to effectively communicate in the English language Strong diagnostic, problem-solving skills and good teamwork Strong understanding of electrical schematics and mechanical drawings Must be able to work in Clean Room environment and normal/12hrs shiftwork Have advantages if have experience in wafer backside grinder, mounterdemounter, taper detaper, sorters tool #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
