Sheboygan Animal Hospital is looking for a Veterinary Assistant to join our team. We're willing to train the right person, so previous veterinary experience is helpful—but a great work ethic, dependable attendance, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to learn are even more important to us.

What You'll Do
- Assist the veterinary team with appointments, procedures, surgery, and patient care
- Restrain and handle patients safely and compassionately
- Prepare exam rooms and treatment areas and keep them clean and organized
- Assist with patient intake, discharge, and client communication
- Clean and maintain equipment and surgical areas
- Help with laboratory samples, medications, treatments, and other patient-care tasks as trained
- Support the team in keeping the hospital running smoothly and efficiently
- Participate in training and actively work toward developing new skills
