We are looking for a versatile Manager of Commerce Partnerships with a passion for affiliate marketing and digital sales to join our team!

The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of the digital landscape and the ability to identify revenue opportunities, build and maintain an active sales pipeline and close business at volume. Reporting into the Senior Director of Commerce Partnerships, this role will center around prospecting new opportunities, executing effective campaigns, and managing client relations for the development of long-term partnerships.


Our team thrives in being analytical, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate and deliver projects with timely turnaround for the success of our clients and the business revenue initiatives of the company.

Responsibilities:


● Build a book of accounts for long-term and repeat business, with a core focus on beauty and lifestyle categories.
● Negotiate competitive commission rates and explore monetization models best suited for different types of partnerships. Coordinate internally with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Editorial, Ad Operations, Audience Development, Commerce, and Data to meet and execute on campaign objectives.
● Sell content and media campaigns across the New York Post’s suite of properties and capabilities.
● Work closely with our commerce content team to maximize revenue opportunities.
● Develop client relationships through continued communication and strategic
optimization.
● Aim to deliver and exceed all quarterly budget goals.
● Respond to inbound opportunities and engage in proactive outreach.
● Be an active participant in strategic planning and brainstorming.
● Manage timelines and delivery of flat fee commerce campaigns.
● Assist in IO and media plan creation.
● Pull research and analyze data to guide sound business decisions.

Requirements:


● 3-5 years of relevant experience.
● Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
● Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

● Proficiency in using affiliate marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., CJ, Impact, Rakuten, Google Analytics, Looker, etc).
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
● Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
● Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a passion for client success.

Note: The NY Post adheres to a hybrid work model. This role will be expected to report onsite 3x/week (subject to change).

Base Pay Range: $70,000 - $90,000 + bonus

We’re committed to offering competitive and flexible compensation to attract top talent. This pay range reflects our good faith estimate for the role and may vary based on a candidate’s experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors.

For bonus-eligible roles, targets are determined based on multiple considerations, including market benchmarks and individual contributions.
