Job Description

As a Security Officer Driver Site Inspections in San Jacinto, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an unarmed patrol professional at a busy retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for shoppers and team members. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, receiving areas, and the perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and visitor activity, reporting suspicious behavior, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate site personnel.
• Assist with crowd management, loss prevention support, and traffic flow during busy shopping periods, special events, and emergency situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
