He leads large-scale initiatives in custom software development, digital products and services, cloud transformation, and data-related services. He values quality, reliability, and trusted client relationships while supporting professional growth and development.
Job description & summary
Provide personal assistance and day-to-day support to Marek Novotný.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare meeting notes, and draft correspondence.
Coordinate business travel including flights, accommodation, transportation, and expense processing.
Support operational finance activities including invoicing, vendor management, and purchase orders.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including communication and system access arrangements.
Support branding and marketing initiatives together with UX designers.
Manage regular vendor feedback processes within the Care Program.
Organise conferences, workshops, team events, and other internal activities.
Cooperate with the Operations team throughout the hiring process.
Provide general administrative and operational support as needed.
What matters to us
Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Executive Secretary role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Fluent Czech and English.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with Google Workspace (G Suite).
