Description
Te whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our Tauranga team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering parental leave.
This is a full-time, office-based role supporting two senior leaders and providing broader coordination support across the Tauranga region. You'll be a trusted partner, helping leaders stay organised, connected, and focused on delivering great outcomes for clients, projects, and our people.
The role combines executive support, regional coordination, and business administration. From managing complex calendars and travel arrangements to preparing presentations, coordinating events, supporting communications, and keeping key actions on track, you'll play an important role in keeping things running smoothly.
Working closely with leaders, teams, and stakeholders across the business, you'll be involved in a wide range of activities and will need to confidently switch between different priorities and working styles. No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Mōu ake | About you
You're an experienced Personal Assistant who quickly builds trusted relationships and provides seamless support to senior leaders.
Personable, adaptable, and highly organised, you understand that a great PA is more than an excellent administrator. Approachable and professional, you're confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders and know when a conversation is best had over the phone.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, comfortably managing competing priorities and responding to changing demands. Proactive and resourceful, you anticipate needs before they arise, apply sound judgement, and handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
You'll also bring:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Personal Assistant or senior administrative support role.
- The ability to hit the ground running and confidently work with senior leaders.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
