Overview
The Talent Acquisition Partner / Supervisor will lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for PepsiCo Vietnam, partnering with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and key stakeholders to attract, assess and secure high-quality talent across professional, commercial, supply chain and frontline roles.
The role will act as a trusted talent advisor, using market intelligence, proactive sourcing, employer branding and process excellence to deliver a consistent, high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience.
Responsibilities
Working Location: (HCM or Ha Noi/Ha Nam - Ninh Binh)
- Ha Noi/Ha Nam - Ninh Binh (hybrid): Udic, Hoang Dao Thuy, Cau Giay. We also provide shuttle bus from Ha Noi and Hung Yen to Ninh Binh/Ha Nam Plant - KCN Dong Van I Mo Rong, Ninh Binh.

Recruitment consulting, advisory and partnership
- Partner with hiring managers to conduct recruitment strategy meetings, clarify hiring needs, define role requirements and agree tailored recruitment plans.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks and industry hiring trends.
- Act as a trusted talent advisor on inclusive hiring, interviewing best practice, assessment tools, candidate experience and hiring decision quality.
- Align recruitment activity with workforce planning, key business priorities and regional / global TA initiatives.
- Talent sourcing, attraction and engagement
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify active and passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking and direct sourcing.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical, recurring and hard-to-fill roles to reduce time-to-find and time-to-accept.
- Leverage PepsiCo's employer brand and EVP messaging to write compelling job adverts and engage candidates effectively in the Vietnam market.
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience through timely communication, clear process guidance and consistent follow-up.
- End-to-end recruitment delivery
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation through to offer acceptance, ensuring process compliance and quality execution.
- Conduct structured, behavioural and competency-based interviews using PepsiCo's established interviewing framework.
- Facilitate hiring manager debriefs and provide structured feedback to support data-led hiring decisions.
- Manage offer recommendations and negotiations in partnership with HR, Total Rewards and the hiring manager.
- Process excellence, reporting and continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System and provide regular, proactive updates to stakeholders.
- Use recruitment metrics and insights to identify opportunities to improve service delivery, speed, quality and candidate experience.
- Support implementation of global and regional talent acquisition initiatives, including assessment methodology, process standardisation and talent pipelining.
- Ensure recruitment activity complies with PepsiCo policies, governance requirements and local employment regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline.
- Approximately 3 to 5 years plus of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally within FMCG, manufacturing, consumer goods, professional services or a multinational environment.
- Strong end-to-end recruitment delivery experience across professional and/or frontline roles.
- Proven stakeholder management, consulting, influencing and communication skills.
- Strong direct sourcing capability, including proactive search, talent mapping and candidate engagement.
- Solid understanding of behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques and talent assessment methodologies.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment technologies; LinkedIn Recruiter experience preferred.
- Fluent Vietnamese and strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
