Cates is looking for an energetic HR Coordinator who is passionate about recruiting and creating an exceptional candidate and onboarding experience.

You'll play a key role in helping us attract great employees, coordinate interviews, welcome new hires, and support the continued growth of our company.

What You'll Do

· Recruit for all positions 

· Review resumes and screen candidates 

· Schedule interviews with hiring managers 

· Communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process 

· Maintain applicant tracking records 

· Conduct onboarding and new hire orientation 

· Support social media recruiting initiatives 

· Help promote Cates as an employer of choice

· Assist with company activities and employee recognition program

· Prepare miscellaneous reports as required 

· Other HR duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience preferred 
• Strong communication and organizational skills 
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS (Paylocity is a plus!)
• Comfortable managing multiple open positions 
• Positive attitude with exceptional customer service skills 
• Experience using Microsoft Office 
• Manufacturing recruiting experience is a plus

Salary: $48,000 - $54,000

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am –  5:00 pm
