The opportunity:

We are looking for a Business Insights Specialist, based in Bucharest, to turn Sales and Service data into clear, actionable insights that support better business decisions across the organization.

You will be the central point for business performance reporting and analytics, owning KPI tracking, dashboards, management reporting and executive business reviews. Working closely with Sales, Service, Finance, Marketing, Operations and Regional teams, you will identify performance gaps, trends and growth opportunities and translate complex data into compelling business narratives.

What you''ll do:

• Own and monitor key Sales & Service KPIs, performance against targets, budgets and benchmarks.

• Build and continuously improve Power BI dashboards, scorecards and management reporting.

• Consolidate and standardize reporting across functions and regions, driving automation and data quality.

• Analyse sales, service, customer, product and market trends to identify risks, opportunities and performance gaps.

• Support forecasting, business planning and strategic initiatives with data-driven insights.

• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews and executive presentations, turning data into clear recommendations.

• Partner with cross-functional and regional stakeholders to align on KPIs, reporting standards and performance measurement.

What you need to succeed:

• 5+ years in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations or Performance Management.

• Experience supporting Sales and Service organizations in an international environment.

• Strong Power BI and advanced Excel capabilities; CRM experience is a plus.

• Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insights and compelling stories.

• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

• Structured, analytical and improvement-oriented mindset.

• SQL or advanced analytics experience is an advantage.

Reliable and increasingly automated reporting, strong adoption of centralized dashboards, improved visibility of Sales & Service performance, and—most importantly—insights that lead to better decisions and measurable business improvement.

Annual Salary Range: 175.000 - 220.000 Ron gross
