Once work is moving, you keep driving, listening and refining so each project delivers stronger results.
As Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition Strategy and Planning, you will personally drive programs that move Baxter’s recruiting strategy forward. Ready to turn recruiting expertise and project leadership into practical solutions? This role connects teams across global Talent Acquisition, our HR Centers of Excellence and HR Digital Operations to navigate decisions, launch new approaches and continually improve how work gets done.

We have plenty to do.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead a portfolio of global Talent Acquisition programs from planning through implementation and ongoing improvement, using recruiting expertise to anticipate impacts on candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and the broader talent ecosystem.
- Build alignment across global teams, develop recommendations, and drive execution by resolving issues, managing dependencies, and ensuring accountability throughout implementation.
- Develop project plans, processes and tools with clear milestones, responsibilities, risks and measures of success; align global teams and keep implementation moving.
- Lead change management across regions, creating communications, training and support materials tailored for different audiences and markets.
- Analyze recruiting data, feedback and reports to identify trends, evaluate outcomes and drive data-driven improvements.
- Partner with our TA Technology & Enablement Lead and HR Digital Operations to define requirements, test and launch Workday Recruiting solutions that automate and streamline recruiting work.
- Manage vendor relationships by setting expectations, monitoring performance and spending, resolving issues and strengthening future programs.
What you’ll bring
- At least 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience, including hands-on recruiting across global or multi-region organizations and a deep understanding of the recruiting lifecycle.
- Proven project management capability, leading recruiting implementations from planning through launch while managing priorities, timelines, risks and dependencies.
- Hands-on Workday Recruiting knowledge and experience launching, improving or retiring recruiting technologies.
- Change management experience, including personally creating communications and developing and delivering training and support materials for different audiences.
- Good judgment and persuasive communication skills to create clarity, gain support and deliver results when priorities and resources compete.
- Analytical judgment and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to interpret recruiting data and present clear, compelling recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
