Why This Internship Is Valuable
As a Data Management intern, you will work alongside our Data team on real, live projects rather than on the sidelines. You will gain hands-on exposure to the data behind one of Europe's largest real estate portfolios, learn how data, analytics and AI are used to support investment and operational decision-making, and build practical skills in SQL, business intelligence and automation. You will be given ownership of your own deliverables, regular feedback and a mentor within the team, so that by the end of the internship you have a portfolio of work you can genuinely point to.
Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Transformation: Support the extraction, cleaning and transformation of data from a range of source systems using SQL and other data tools.
- AI & Automation Support: Assist in exploring AI and Large Language Model (LLM) applications to improve workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and extract insights from structured and unstructured data.
- Analytical Projects: Contribute to data analysis initiatives to identify trends, support decision-making, and help solve business challenges.
- Reporting & Visualization: Assist in building dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI and Sigma to communicate key insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with colleagues across Finance, Operations and Technology to understand business needs and support the delivery of data-driven solutions.
- Business & Real Estate Insights: Develop an understanding of financial and real estate concepts and apply them to data analysis when relevant.
- Innovation & Continuous Learning: Translate academic knowledge into practical business applications, contribute fresh ideas and share what you learn back with the team.
What You Will Gain
- Practical experience with an enterprise data stack (SQL, Power BI, Sigma) used on a live European real estate portfolio.
